Should I refrigerate my cake?
I baked a cake for a friend and won’t be decorating it till tomorrow night. Should I wrap it in saran wrap and put it in the fridge or leave it out? I want the cake to be moist! And it won’t even be delivered till the day after I decorate it! I’ve never baked in advance like this before, but with the holiday coming up I had to. Now… what should I do to keep it moist?
Also, tomorrow after I decorate it, with fondant, should it go in the fridge until the next day? Or stay out on the counter?
Always keep it wrapped and refrigerated.

Should I refrigerate my cake?
I baked a cake for a friend and won’t be decorating it till tomorrow night. Should I wrap it in saran wrap and put it in the fridge or leave it out? I want the cake to be moist! And it won’t even be delivered till the day after I decorate it! I’ve never baked in advance like this before, but with the holiday coming up I had to. Now… what should I do to keep it moist?
Also, tomorrow after I decorate it, with fondant, should it go in the fridge until the next day? Or stay out on the counter?
Always keep it wrapped and refrigerated.
